Not sure why the novel is rated so highly, 4.8 as of this review. I think the synopsis is pretty misleading. I went in expecting to see heartwarming brother-sister interaction. Instead, I got wacked after being told that Lu Ze was actually adopted. Okay, they can still be good siblings, right? Unfortunately, the parents kept making jokes about Lu Ze marrying Lu Li, which is pretty disturbing. Imagine you've been hanging with your brother/sister for like 18 years, then one day got told that you're not real siblings, so you can start dating each other now!! What?Overall, the translation is great except for the part where I think the translator omitted the Ah before their name. I haven't seen the raw, but typically, no one calls each other just by a single syllable in Chinese novels. For example, Lu Li should be called Ah Li by people close to her. It's weird to just call her Li. I'm also kind of annoyed by Lu Ze and Lu Li constant bickering. A lot of the 'supposed' comedy also feel flat to me. To be honest, this might be a great novel to most readers, but since I'm not really interested in any of the characters or the storyline so far, I think I'm gonna pass.
What can i say author is fire and his other work is fire so this novel must be fire I hope you all give both author novel a try before then decide if you don't like it or not don't be like this people who look at one chapter or 2 then stop give it a try in tell 20+ chapter
