Honestly, the synopsis might give an inaccurate impression. The reason behind the main character's (MC) actions of collecting money from the original female lead's suitors isn't driven by malice; it's a belief that by doing so, she can sever ties with them and avoid heavenly punishment for taking the favored one's luck. Despite her previous life's knowledge and some medical prowess, her cultivation level is low, and she possesses average talent, hindering her growth in that aspect.

The MC's character shines through her kind-hearted nature. She refuses to let anyone in her presence die, going to great lengths to save them even if unsure how, defying doubts and accusations. However, she isn't pushover; she stands up for herself when needed. The only flaw in her character might be her obliviousness to the suitors' affection, whether due to denseness, belief in their eccentricities, or simply not considering their feelings.

Some reviews criticize the male leads' adoration of the original female lead without explanation, but I believe there's a deeper reason. The suitors who are captivated by the MC are those who remember their past lives. They appreciate her selflessness, as she risked saving them despite their earlier actions causing her harm. In contrast, the original female lead, while seemingly brave, fails to take action in crucial moments, leading to her eventual annoyance among the suitors.

Their feelings toward her can be likened to a transition from love to resentment, akin to how one may find their partner's quirks adorable during a relationship but find them irritating post-breakup. This dynamic adds credibility to their animosity towards the original female lead.

In conclusion, I highly recommend giving this story a chance. It offers a compelling narrative with a well-rounded protagonist,尽管她有些许缺点,但她的善良和坚韧使故事引人入胜。

The novel has thus far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I disliked harem and reverse harem genres, but this story巧妙地融入了这些元素,没有破坏整体剧情,也不会让人感到厌烦。

At first, the narrative might seem slightly平淡, but as the plot unfolds, it offers profound insights. Indeed, the story contains unconventional vocabulary, but my dear, we live in the age of the internet; simply consult Google to decipher their meanings (a novel's worth shouldn't solely be judged by its linguistic style). It's crucial to remember that there's an original protagonist, and the male lead, though influential, doesn't possess omnipotent power to alter her circumstances single-handedly.

I enjoy reading cultivation novels centered around pill refinement, especially those featuring a female protagonist. Initially, the character was an innocent bystander in her past life, unjustly accused due to the influence of the female lead (FL). Now, she focuses on healing others, driven by her passion for it, while trying not to attract negative karma or overshadow the FL's fortune.

While I appreciate the genre and the female protagonist, there are a few aspects that I find less appealing. Firstly, the main character's indifference can be frustrating. She doesn't seem to react strongly to mistreatment, and her lack of assertiveness makes it hard for me to empathize. Her wit could use some improvement.

Secondly, I'm not a fan of the male leads' behavior. They suddenly regain their memories and abandon their previous love interest without any explanation or attempt to clear things up with the protagonist. Instead, they become overly clingy, creating unnecessary misunderstandings. Moreover, the FL's arguments in these situations come across as shallow or forced.

In summary, while I enjoy certain elements of the story, the protagonist's indifference and the handling of the male leads detract from my overall enjoyment.

Interesting beginning indeed. Now, I'm somewhat weary of the "xiaogang" genre of heroines who, against all odds, survive solely due to divine intervention and being an宠儿 of fate.

So far, it's been an enjoyable read with a commendable translation. The main character (MC) is calm and likable, displaying a genuine love for medicine, much like the protagonist in "Kusuriya no Hitorigoto," sans any inappropriate tendencies. However, the supporting characters often test her patience, as she consistently heals them despite their treatment, even when seeking payment. I wish she'd assert herself more to make others face the consequences of their actions.

Initially, I expected a slow development of a harem, with those she saved remembering their past lives, but thankfully, the story seems to evolve beyond that after the first two instances. From my current understanding, the male lead might be the one in charge – fingers crossed.

The story is progressing steadily, allowing her to expand her knowledge and apply her past experiences. On a side note, the female lead, not the MC, comes across as a "white lotus" character – someone who appears virtuous but actually pushes blame onto others, like accusing the MC of colluding with demons and then playing the victim when proven wrong. It's frustrating to watch her manipulate sympathy.

In conclusion, while there are some frustrating aspects, the overall narrative is engaging, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it unfolds further.

"This novel appears highly promising, accompanied by an excellent translation. The female lead (FL) exhibits a cool and composed demeanor, displaying a strong sense of independence, which I find appealing. From what I've seen, the main character (MC) shares similarities with the protagonist from 'Transmigrator Meets Reincarnator' (highly recommended). Although it's too early for a definitive rating, based on my initial impressions:

    - Story: 5/5 - Intriguing plot keeps me hooked.
    - Translation: 5/5 - Very clear and enjoyable to read."

I'm looking forward to reading more and giving it a more comprehensive evaluation later on.

"Wow, I'm completely engrossed in this! It's absolutely fantastic, and I adore how she's a strong protagonist who can hold her own. I really enjoyed reading this, and I'm eagerly anticipating more. Although, I do wish the characters surrounding her would experience a bit more struggle - perhaps that's just my personal preference."

Well, how can I put it? Our main character, Meng Qi, is an exceptional, well-educated, and intelligent medical cultivator. She devoted her life to healing others for the sheer joy of practicing medicine. However, her altruism was tragically met with the irrationality of others, which led to her untimely demise. With a slight edge in knowing the path to higher cultivation and possessing certain skills, Meng Qi remains largely true to her original self. She no longer forms relationships based on kindness, turning down those who would otherwise pursue her affection with a cool demeanor. She is selective, only offering medical assistance to those she deems worthy, and remains fiercely impartial towards women, unless they have earned her respect. Meng Qi is a commendable protagonist, assertive yet not vengeful; she doesn't go out of her way to retaliate against those who have wronged or hurt her.

The romantic aspect of the story unfolds gradually and cutely, with a balanced pace of action and world-building. Our protagonist possesses impressive medical aptitude and an extensive knowledge of array techniques, but her cultivation prowess, social skills, and physical appearance are rather average – she's described as "pretty," but not exceptional, considering cultivators generally have good looks. In Chapter 105, there's a scene involving a crisis for the male lead that temporarily affects his judgment, and the description of events is quite ambiguous. This part might evoke strong emotions for those who can relate to unexpected situations without a clear context.

To clarify for readers who may have missed details or jumped to conclusions based on assumptions, what I appreciate most is that the secondary characters haven't developed romantic feelings for our protagonist. Instead, they have come to understand the shortcomings of the original female lead and acknowledge their past obligations to our FL. Some are drawn to her abilities, not her heart, or are tasked with keeping an eye on her. So far, only one character has shown a vague romantic interest, which is more confusing than a clear declaration of love. As the plot progresses, I believe that character will eventually settle into a platonic friendship.

Please note that since the story is ongoing and not yet completed, I reserve my rating for a final verdict.

Okay, to rephrase this in English: "Initially, there was an extensive explanation, which was fine. However, the main character (MC) has undergone reincarnation along with two supporting male leads. The MC now holds disdain for the original female lead's luck and love interests, but post-rebirth, she experiences significant good fortune and attracts all those romantic connections. It's essentially like the MC traded their life experiences with the original female lead. As for the male leads, they aren't much better off. Overall, it leaves one feeling disappointed."

So initially, I had no specific expectations, but I was proven wrong. This is a cultivation-themed story, often filled with intricate details that might not be essential for readers' enjoyment (some do appreciate it, though), which made me skeptical at first. I skimmed over many passages detailing the intricacies of cultivation, but despite that, I found the story captivating. There's something about it that draws you in effortlessly. While some readers have criticized the protagonist for having a "Mary Sue" quality, I only became aware of this after reading reviews, and even then, I could still appreciate the character without it detracting from my enjoyment. I believe even those who strongly dislike Mary Sues, like myself, can genuinely like this character. In any case, it's a fun read that I wholeheartedly recommend. I also sense there might be unintentional comedic moments – am I the only one thinking that?
