In 2035, in San Francisco, quantum physicist Arthur Crowder's wife was killed in a "perfect murder." There were no fingerprints, no witnesses—only half of a high-tech alloy button, clearly belonging to future technology. To uncover the truth, Arthur infiltrated his own creation, the "Novous Timefold Experiment," but a malfunction in the equipment threw him into parallel timelines. He gradually discovered that in each timeline, a different version of himself was enacting vengeance in various ways. All clues pointed to a more terrifying truth—the murderer was Raymond Stone, his mentor, who had "died" twenty years ago due to an experimental failure caused by Arthur himself. After crossing twelve timelines, Arthur was forced to choose between saving his wife and maintaining the stability of time itself. Ultimately, he uncovered an even darker conspiracy—the collective manipulation of human memories.

I suppose that America in this world will not be discovered for a long time because Constantinople is still in the hands of the Byzantines who even if not Catholic have relatively cordial relations with the European countries. So it would be a good idea to send exploration and colonization ships to the new world and the Atlantic islands to make America and maybe even Oceania and South Africa (very sparsely populated at that time) the chasse gardé of Germany and at least give Germany a considerable advantage before the other European countries understand anything.

This is a good story. The plot isn't highly original, but it is a traditional theme done well. I hope this story is picked up, but since it has been several months, I'm afraid that it won't be. It is a shame, since a few turd-garglers get selected when good stories like this one get neglected—but there you have it! Give it a try, if an unfinished story doesn't step you...

I really enjoy this type of genre normally but I just couldn't read further. The chapters are littered with spelling mistakes, the dialogue seem forced and unrealistic and the pace is through the roof. I really wanted to keep reading but the writing quality is not good. 5/5 for updating stability though.
