Stars and Stripes

This book has way too many unnecessary descriptions, I have to deal with that by skipping to the relevant details, but otherwise it's a pretty decent read. In exchange for slow pacing you have good worldbuilding and constant supply of character progression, making the plot smooth and satisfying.

Wow, few novels pull you in like this, especially with a weighty subject like Death and what happens when we die. I'm excited to follow this one's existential exploration of the hereafter. Keep it up, author!

The title says it all and I was attracted to it like a moth attracted to light. I wonder whether I'll get to get off 6 times though... Kekekekekeke

ok. honest review here:the story is absolutely unique and interestingspecially the part of the wise old man as themain character.But unfortunately it has some problems. itmay not be problem, more like not my cup oftea. the story is lacking in terms of action andadventure. the first 20 chapter is all about purecraftsmanship and after some time it becameboring. I mean it's good to learn about newthing. but when sewing a dress take a fewchapters for the job to be done and most of theinformation about the process of creating thedress is forgeted by most readers and has nopoint in the future plot-development then thechapters will become with no purpose and youcan skip them. anyway if you are that type ofperson who enjoys the calm novels without anycliffhanger then this is good novel for you.

Hahaha PUBG never think anyone could come up with that.

Well not much to say as the story was past face and pretty exciting, so I really liked it even though purely romance novels is not my cup of tea

World background is extremely complex and in some strories it's good but here it doesn't make any sense. You don't understand anything to the point that I doubt even the author knows where this is going. I mean lot of reactions don't make sense at all and the transitions between all the timeline are horrible (no indication or even clues about what's happening)Then the MC. In a great number of LN the MC is one if not the problem and unfortunately in this story it's the case. The MC is not entirely stupid (sometimes it's okay) but he is naive, like really naive. And he stay naive even after he get back his memories. I was expecting if not a cunning MC at least a sly MC who could use his past knowledge to help protect the ones he love (it's his only goal). So for example, a girl he likes told him she doesn't like nobles and then a noble girl ask him to spar with her cause she's interested. He could have accepted to show the girl he likes that until she is strong enough she has to play along with others even if it's only to protect herself.But no the MC straight up reject the noble girl who's by the way narrow minded, which lead to another major problem: the originality. This story is the generic story but with a background a lot more messy than usual but that's all. The same product with a different packaging.It could have potential.
