When all twelve constellations lined up in the night sky, Sora Takahashi was oblivious to the chaos about to unfold. After a night of strange occurrences, he wakes up to find his world turned upside down: his loyal dog, Roper, has transformed into a creature of immense strength, and the streets outside his apartment are overrun with grotesque, mutated beings and desperate survivors.

As days of confinement stretch on, Sora grapples with disturbing urges and a growing sense of alienation as he too begins to undergo unsettling changes. In this brutal new reality, where humanity is on the brink of extinction, Sora must navigate a landscape filled with monstrous threats, both outside and within himself. Will he succumb to the madness of mutation, or find a way to retain his humanity in a world gone mad?
