Sometimes it feels like the authors are competing, who can write the most confusing summary.If I understood correctly, the MC, Lin Hanchuan, got labelled “scum gong” simply because he did not want to date, and as a punishment, he has to go through various worlds and win the heart of the protagonist by becoming a good gong, after he and the protagonist mutually hurt eachother. Except he refuses to take the unfair punishment and ignores the protagonist. Meanwhile, he picks up the miserable characters (Ran Xing) and gets into a relationship with him.Ngl, it took make a couple of read throughs of the summary to come to this conclusion, and I’m still not sure that I got it right, lol. Gotta read the novel, but I still have books on my “to read” list.
