“Have you ever been short on storytelling scenarios? I create my own.” Aurora is a well-known author on Earth but she lives on another planet. Her latest work in progress is about a depressed girl who thought of ending her life more than once but couldn’t, due to unknown reasons. Her secret ingredient to writing best-selling stories was to experience the feelings for herself. “Everyone needs material on a story and it must be perfectly made.” In fact, the depressed girl called Sierra is no other than Aurora herself. She possessed her body and took her identity, without forgetting of course, the sealing of her memory. The country she chose was a closed-off country where vampires were the rulers. The system was simple, with the existence of ten ranks and human had to take exams to level-up a rank and have more privileges. It was just a way to keep them busy. Every day was the same for her as Sierra. Going to school, struggling with negative thoughts, living in a home with permanent arguments… She was living a scenario she created for herself and explored the path ahead of it. However, someone approached her one day. Sparkling black hair, obsidian looking eyes, a fair face that made him the attention of his class, he was a boy studying in the same school as her and was attracted to the hair of this stranger. Amongst all the people living inside the country of Revampirina, she was the only one he has ever seen with ginger hair. She didn’t care at first, but because of his involvement in her life, things turned for the better and then to the worse. Since meeting him, her whole life turned upside down. Her mother left, her father died and her high school life ended. She was involved in the upper class of Revampirina, discovering that the reason why humans never made it past the fifth rank was that they weren’t vampires. “Who thought that the boy I met and fell in love with was a vampire and someone high-ranked on top of that? They say a person always gets attracted to his match and I was attracted to a boy acting like the high schooler he is while he was a terrifying vampire whose reputation wasn’t something worth ignoring.”

Incredibly gifted author! She has created a journey that has many twists and turns. I've gotten though book 2 to the point where I will wait for updates and I can see that not everything is what it seems. Looking forward to seeing ... the rest of the story!

Daym, thanks for the warning. You had me at MC being a simp. Welp should have guessed a novel with tags "Misunderstandings" and "Lack of common sense" could in no way be good.

Shadow Hack Chapter 600+ in, and I'm ready to drop it.I don't know what happened, but it seems like the author decided to just ruin the flow of the story and say "Fck it!" The upgrade in the MC's cultivation just came out of nowhere. I recall he was only a 1st Rank Great Flux Expert (which is ridiculous BTW) when he traveled back to Earth. But now, he somehow jumped from all 10 levels and reached demi-deity level with real deity powers out of nowhere. Now, If you're just starting out and want to know if its worth reading or not. I will just say that the story has been good. Its on the okay side, but definitely not that good.Earlier on, Li Yunmu who had a low cultivation could still overpower those in the same realm at first. And while it was fun to read, it kind of loses its appeal when his cultivation growth is so slow that you just can't help but roll your eyes at the stupid direction and directions he takes (especially when he ate the Red God Fruit in CH 450 ish). And with the plain stupid choices that he makes along the way (like wasting deity blood, completely forgetting all about the 7th dimension's Raven Bow once he comes to Origin), the story quickly becomes frustrating. Like, really frustrating. Later on, you just keep reading in hopes that the story will be good again. But the real thing that will make you quit is (MAJOR SPOILER CH600 DONT READ IF YOU'RE STILL GOING TO FOLLOW THE STORY!!!-------- when the system comes to life --------)The story just start going downhill from there. And it doesn't get better. All in all, it's been an entertaining read. The adventures in the first 300 chapters are good enough to keep your attention, but it'll leave you frustrated in the end.Anyway, I hope that this review can of use to some of you (I know I'd like to have read something like this before I started Shadow Hack) and I wish you a good daChapter 600+ in, and I'm ready to drop it.I don't know what happened, but it seems like the author just to completely ruin the flow of the story and decided to say "Fck it!"
