He adventures into the forest with nothing other than himself, his clothes, some tools for cooking, and the dragon. If you still don't know yet, the dragon is very near to OPness. There he finds a divine level herb. Neat? Very neat. He is so excited about it that he decides to cook it right there and then with only basic tools and some random herbs he found before he got there. Result? The herb is ruined and the MC becomes depressed. MC is now more mature and won't make such rash decisions in the future. Then he searches for more herbs and finally he comes back to his home.

Your story is quite interesting, but what makes it bad is... you've given the intro about the world instead of just showing us the main character, and second is you've showed us too many places, characters, etc at the same time!
