Liam was born powerless in a world where strength defined everything. While others wielded extraordinary abilities, he had nothing, nothing but a kind heart and an unshakable will to do good. But fate had other plans.
One day, the system chose him. It didn’t just grant him power; it reshaped his very existence, bestowing upon him abilities beyond imagination. With every battle, every challenge, he leveled up, clawing his way toward greatness. The weak boy the world had dismissed was becoming a hero.
But power is never without consequence. As Liam’s strength grew, so did the shadows around him. His enemies no longer just targeted him, they targeted those he loved. One by one, the ones he loved were slipping through his fingers like sand in a storm. And with every loss, the light within him dimmed further.
The hero the world once knew was gone. In his place, a figure emerged from the darkness, the unseen force lurking at the end of every road, the final whisper in an enemy’s dying breath.
What does the future hold for Liam? Can he reclaim the light, or has he stepped too far into the darkness? There’s only one way to find out.

Love this. Read this a year ago, now re-read it. This is a good novel. It’s not a childish ”face slapping villain” 30 church xD car chapters/week novel. The charactar dynamic is complex, and simple where need be. The small moments of wit, include refreshing and thought-out language.Seems discontiniued now, but hope it comes back when the author commits more murdirs in IRL to draw inspiration from.0 0 Reply

I don't have much to say but this. I'm loving the story even if it's not my taste but it keeps me reading the story without stopping and it's really a great story that you have made.0 0 Reply

Cliché af. Plot armor is very obvious as he gets things right when he needs it. To me the world building isn't realistic at all, imagine if there were a group of people you thought less of gaining higher status and power like if there were African aristocrats in the 1700s. It is painfully obvious that there won't be much setbacks for mc and he would just continue getting more op without much work.0 0 Reply

Only update's stability is 5 stars. The MC got 1,2 million years of cultivation but couldn't use them all at once. Why even bother giving him those at the start then. I simply didn't like it. Also, the disciple's names change here and there in the early chapters, not sure about the later chapters, as by the time I put this, I would have already dropped the novel. Also, Exp0 0 Reply

This story has the interesting concept of having the MC get reincarnated into another less advanced but still modern world with a system in tow. That's something I haven't read before and when you add in the fact that the systems goal is to force him to take over the world (Much like world domination system) despite the fact that there's most likely many armies armed with modern weaponry. So it will be interesting to see how he'll manage to claw his way up to be able to match the larger more powerful nations. The updates come at a decent rate and the character development so far seems to be good. The writing quality is also good. All in all its a good novel that's been added to my library.0 0 Reply
