A very satisfying novel. I only tried to read it because of the title, not expecting anything at all. However, I came to like it, love it even. It is a very stable story, with a great plot. It doesn't disappoint, if you are looking for a sport novel you can read, then I highly recommend the best football novel I've read so far. The Godfather of Champions.

I watched the State of Divinity (1996 TV series) and loved that show. I knew there was a Novel of it but never spent the time to look for it until now. Was reading it online but the chapters very LONG and I keep loosing track of where I left off so I came here. Reading it off Webnovel is so much easier especially since it keeps track of where you left off. Unfortunately Webnovel has a 20k word / 100k character limit for each chapter so I had no choice but to chop up the chapters into parts.For those who also want to read this feel free. It is a well written and enjoyable story. The side characters are good however the mc is written to be a little dense with the intention of being funny. Its worth a read if your undecided.
This is truly a masterpiece. The worldbuilding is absolutely great. The main character is unlike the other cliche characters, who are always indecisive and need some kind of tragic event to start cultivating. He does what he wishes to while still maintaining his moral valuesThe story has a very steady development. Neither too slow nor too fast. While the writing quality needs a bit of work, I truly think this is a story worth one's time to read.
I have always been a big fan of The King's Avatar since i first encountered it. I have even watched both the animated series and the live action series. I am very much looking forward to this new prequel novel. 😁
