I'm at chapter 16 and Sierra and Damian both have questionable mindsets. Damian is probably borderline. Very strange that Sierra bought her ex's company..why?? Cassie and Damian are perfect, I hope they end up together. Evil and shameless persons belong together. I'll probably won't finish this one.
Although goose five did a fairly good job with immortal mortal, I'm really disappointed with this book. It completely lacks direction, I can't relate with the plot or logic, the mc personality lacks depth and doesn't leave a lasting impression. The plot would have been great but it was rushed and there's still a lot of things to explain like, why do cultivators need planes, how come a sixteen year old is the greatest doctor in the entire kingdom. What kind of person expresses grief by ransacking is own corpse so wantonly and why would a rift just suddenly appear after a "rich" kid was digging herbs and found a rock which makes him get struck by lighting. IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!!!! 😕😫🤬😒🙁?evaluation: TRASH!
