Tired of clichéd harem webnovels with passive protagonists?
Brace yourself for a refreshing change – a diverse-character webnovel where the main character is a capable man, breaking away from typical tropes.
Imagine a world where the seas are divided into two: safe seas and those existing in another plane of reality. The latter comprise cursed islands, unique technology, a different hierarchy, distinct languages, and various monsters.
"Them who dare venture into them treacherous seas, they never see the light again, or so the tales whisper in the winds."
An anti-hero pirate protagonist, considered the unluckiest but luckiest pirate, sets foot on a new goal: to become a Pirate Lord and acquire a ship full of women and booze.
Volume 1 is completely free to read, introducing you slowly to the world and its characters, enjoy.
--WARNING--
Even if you don't typically enjoy reading harem/R18 web novels, I assure you that you'll love this one. You'll constantly be on the edge of your seat, occasionally giggling, sometimes amazed, and at times, moved to tears.
There will be R18 chapters featuring descriptions of 'reproductive' acts. However, these chapters will not be numerous, as this is primarily a fantasy novel with a well-developed story and world.
Expect 2 to 5 R18 chapters within every 100 chapters.

As for grammar and writing, it's pure 5/5. Though there is a small meaningless mistake when counting his Nords and gold, but that doesn't really affect the story.
Characters are 3 dimensional but I had a hard time imagining how they look (a mistake on my end) but there's character tabs so..
As for the story, I was thinking of rating it a 4 but I rated it 5 after reading Awakened chapters because of the mystery and new antagonist.
Now, the only problem is the stability of updates. PLEASE, if you can author-san update it more frequently.
All the characters are wonderfully crafted with delicate details to their backstories, and they all make logical decisions. Not once during my reading did I think that any of the characters felt fake in their dialogue or their actions. The main character Jack, is multilayered and deeply connects to the narrative, creating a powerful driving force for the entire plot.
Also, can we talk about the amazing writing quality?! As an author myself, the way characters converse is completely in line with how I would expect real sea folk to talk to each other! The descriptive language makes this story seem as if it's being narrated like a sea shanty!
The comedy is also very well done! None of it felt cliche and It got me laughing/giggling occasionally without me even thinking about it. None of the jokes flew over my head, the author does a wonderful job of presenting them organically without hurting the agency of the plot. He also interweaves them at the perfect moment so the tone/mood of a scene is not impacted.
Give it a try, I'm sure the first chapter alone will hook you!
DU DU DUN DUN DU DUN DU DUN DUN DU DUND DUND DUND DUNDUND DUN DUN DUN
*Don't bother me, i'm singing jack's theme*
I like how sometimes they seek each others touch and care, and the next day they roast each other.
Question, I dont mind spoilers. Will Elenor join the crew?
