I liked this story, it was a smooth read and although there were ups and downs in the story I never felt that I should just stop reading or anything so, the ending wasn't rushed and it also leaves scope for a follow through sequel of the story if the writer wishes to write it. I would definitely recommend this to readers who are here to relax, enjoy and just enjoy the pace of the story.   

Out of all the chinese novels I've read, this is one of my favorites.The draw of this story for me is ******, the MC. Usually in these novels we have a ridiculously hyped up, perfect, know it all MC, with a side effect of being a crazy arrogant murderer.The MC in True Martial World is ALL of those things..... except he actually deserves it. This guy started from the fucking bottom and worked his ass off. He also doesn't run around insulting every one, just one of the more chill MCs. It took him so long to ramp up and get strong, now that he is OP? You really feel satisfaction when he sticks it to the dicks.That's another thing I really love about this novel, the face slapping. There's some novels that take that to a ridiculous extent (library of heavens path) and it really turns me off on it. In this novel? It's perfect, Yi yun is fucking hilarious when he wants to be, and pretty much everyone he schools actually deserves it. I love it, he doesn't go out of his way to brag or pick fights but when some punks mess with him? They get brained with a literal brick. Just freaking love it.

Writing Quality is pretty bad. A lot of the same words are used in the same paragraph to continue the sentences. For ex 'then'. Sentencing is not ended where it's suppose to end instead it's keep going so it gets a little bit of confusing.Story development is liked by me so far. Just so people know, I have only read 19 chapters so far because of premium so this review will be updated once I slowly catch up in the future. Everything else is pretty good.

This book almost makes me actually want to play League of Legends. Almost... Not really. It is a really good read. The main character is pretty relatable and every match is interesting.

In practical part, it was a lot harder, They would teach him close combat barehanded or amed. They taught him to use all kind of weapons closed or long ranged. When they didn't have more to teach him, they move to endurance and pain tolerance. The old fellas made Mesa train to near death state, where he couldn't rise a finger, all in the name of endurance. While pain tolerance was much worse, they actively broke Mesa's bones and cut his skin so he could adapt to worst kind of pains. Once they saw Mesa tolerating the pain of breaking bones, they decided to help him develop poison immunity, and what way is better than consuming poisons on a regular passes.
