Magic Alone Suffices

One thing Is very clear about this novel. The author put a lot of work in it & did his research which is much appreciated. But 2 things I didn't like about this novel that caused me to ultimately drop it after 110 chapters.1. the story is too linear & there are rarely any twists. this makes the novel boring.2. the MC is a hypocrite & nothing special about him.

I Just want to say that if you are looking for a decent batman, its not in here. This batman has the brain of an imfant, along with the rest of the characters. Exampleflash:"can he be the Rider?" Batman:"highly unlikely because he said he hates violence on public TV" Ghost Rider apears where mc goes, so mc prepeares an excuse, What excuse you May ask? "Rider saved my life so I follow him everywhere and help cleaning up." which nakes no sense. Because acording to his excuse, Rider needs to appear somewhere and the mc comes. Yet mc is a world known figure so the news of him coming Should spread first. And then the Rider. So he either somehow knows where Rider will apear or its Just a lame excuse.

Great novel only hampered by the lack of updates this last half a year. A holy necromancer etc etc etc fill the word count etcetcetcetcetcetc

Keeping this short ,this novel has a good beginning,but after chapter 19 ,it got far worse because of the building up for the face slapping.

Started a few days ago, almost caught up now (Chap 260) so making a review. Have really enjoyed the story, characters, lore, just about everything. While some may think there are too many side characters, at the end of the day they are all well written, dynamic characters that are all building and developing towards something which is really fun to read. The story arc has been good and making me eager to see where it’s going (though rachelruth is getting a bit too good for my liking at cliff hangers -.-). Definitely recommend others give it a read, and to check out their other novels as well, have started a couple and am enjoying them quite a bit as well. Sorry for the long review, thanks for reading.Also, before I post, Author is super nice, interacts with the readers, and puts a ton of effort into research for the book and it’s super cool to see - I highly suggest reading the author notes as you go through, as they aren’t shameless self promo and are actually just fun little messages from rachelruth giving a glimpse into their writing process, giving sources for some things, and just generally fun messages about the book.

nice story but hard to follow the flow, jumps from character to character, no explenation on how the story went from point A to point B and suddenly going to point F with no explenation.hoped for better flow After going Premium but It remain the same. I regret spending coins for this quality

yeah, not my cup of tea. MC rolls over whenever the girl wants something. Forgiving the guy who tried to kill you just a minute ago because the girl thinks he's a good guy?
