The way the main characters misunderstand each other is quite humorous, it makes people smile. It also has an original plot. The characters are really cute.
One of the standout features of this story is its presentation. It's not your typical one-sided love story; instead, it provides insights into both main characters' perspectives. This dual viewpoint adds depth to certain scenes and helps readers better understand and connect with the protagonists.
The characters are well-crafted and thoughtfully developed. Initially, the two main characters fit into standard shoujo stereotypes, but by the end of the story, they evolve into distinct personalities. My only critique is the limited attention given to the rich array of side characters, who are equally fascinating.
As for the art, there's nothing to complain about. The illustrations are exquisite, with beautifully drawn characters each having their unique appearance. The expressive reactions and charming artwork bring the story to life.
Eensy-Weensy Monster exemplifies how shoujo can be done exceptionally well. The narrative flows smoothly and concludes perfectly in just twelve chapters. It's an excellent read for fans of the genre and highly recommended for newcomers as well.
