Leaving My Ex-Husband, Only for Him to Chase Me

For three years, i was a shadow in his life, a mere silhouette, whilst his 'white moonlight' was the radiant sun that illuminated his world.
I was always at the receiving end of his disdaining stare, uncaring nature. Our marriage, just a formality for him, a mere piece of paper.

I tolerated everything because my love for him was blind and all-consuming.

Until that fateful night, when i was losing my sole reason of happiness, crying in agony, calling for help whilst he hurried to comfort his first love.

Finally i accepted that his heart is forever closed for me.
So i signed the divorce paper and slipped away, leaving the heartache behind.

I've never been happier,than i am now, a year after closing that chapter.

But why am i pinned under my scumbag ex-husband, his tone intense. “Quite bold of you to think that you can just up and leave, dear wife!"

His bloodshot eyes locked into mine, a chilling smile on his “I haven't signed those paper yet!”
