Jude Evans

Once, I saw a falling star and made a wish. Next thing I knew, I was struck by lightning and died. Then I woke up as Jude Evans—a famous and somewhat important person. This is how my life changed overnight.

For some reason, I am now an eccentric alchemist with a naive apprentice who believes every bit of nonsense I tell him. And to top it off, the dead are suddenly rising from their graves, forming an army and attacking random kingdoms. “Justice for the dead,” they say.

I am fucked. Just utterly fucked.

I don’t even know what I did to deserve this much bad luck. The kingdom now expects me to annihilate those suckers. In the first place, how do you even kill the dead?
