Sana leads a challenging life. He bears an uncanny resemblance to his young celebrity father, so much so that he wears glasses to avoid being recognized. Even transferring to a new middle school doesn't change things for him. To make matters worse, a teacher who once had a crush on his dad is now stalking him. And then there's the issue of his abusive father sometimes forcing Sana to take his place at work! Amidst all this chaos, how can Sana carve out an identity for himself, distinct from his father's shadow?

Though I'm not typically drawn to school shoujo mangas, this one truly captivated me. The story didn't feel overly silly or excessively girly. It revolves around a boy trying to stay under the radar because everyone mistakes him for his father. Despite his dad often acting like a jerk, he does tell Sana outright that he needs to be himself rather than merely going through life trying not to resemble his dad. The characters are well-crafted and believable.

The artwork is solid. While it's not my absolute favorite style, it complements the story well. The lines are thin and slightly brush-like, giving it a light, airy feel. It's highly stylized, with large eyes and exaggerated features, but the sketchy quality minimizes their prominence (I must admit, huge round eyes aren't really my thing).

Overall, I found it well worth reading. I later discovered that this is a prequel to another manga, which I haven't read yet. Still, I believe this works perfectly as a standalone comic.
