Tang Luo transmigrated into a CEO novel and became a white, super rich and beautiful……. female who loved the ML dearly.
The ML thought she had a poisonous heart and kept harming the FL which led to her parents telling her to get out of the house. She soon died miserably, alone, without any friends and relatives.
System: The two months life countdown begins, please ask for the ML’s forgiveness as soon as possible! The ML has to believe that you have no malicious intention towards the FL. Only then your survival time will be extended. This side proposes you to quickly apologize to the FL…….
No! Tang Luo firmly refused: I will solve the problem from its root!
At once, Tang Luo kicked the idiot ML who only knew how to misunderstand herself and raced against time to cleanly and thoroughly eat the successful, beautiful, and mysterious big shot. Then pulled him to handsomely face the ML: “Open your eyes, this is the person I love, my darling. Everything in the past was a misunderstanding!”
Two months later, when the threat to her life was thoroughly removed, Tang Luo enjoyed her life. She travelled, shopped and tasted many gourmet food but suddenly found herself blocked in a room.
“So…. are you tired of playing? Have you seen enough?” The handsome big shot smiled in anger and closed in on her step by step, “Is it boring after you caught it? Hm?”

It’s not a terrible novel, but it’s average at best. At least it deviates from the typical trope of MC chasing after the Original Male Lead (O!ML).
**Characters:**
- **MC/FL**: Tang Luo
- **ML**: Chu Junyan
- **ogML**: Yu Chifeng
- **ogMC/FL**: Lu Si Ke
**Detailed Summary of Plot:**
The story revolves around the main character (MC), who was an orphan in her original world and transmigrates into a book, becoming a minor character, the daughter of a wealthy family and the ex-fiancée of the original male lead (ogML). A "system" informs her that the body she possesses has a terminal illness with a lifespan of two months. To survive, she must gain the trust of ogML, as her lifespan is tied to his perception of her. Higher trust points extend her life, while higher favorability points, which increase when she acts kindly towards ogML, shorten it.
To ensure her survival, MC decides to break off her engagement with ogML and find a new boyfriend, hoping to convince ogML that she has moved on. She meets the male lead (ML) and starts dating him. However, ogML interprets her actions as attempts to win his attention, causing her trust points to drop and her lifespan to shorten.
In the second half of the novel, the "system" becomes less prominent, and the focus shifts to MC and ML's relationship, along with the drama stirred up by ogML. The initial premise of extending her lifespan through the "system" is largely forgotten.
**Complaints:**
- **The "System"**: The inclusion of a "system" seems unnecessary and poorly integrated. By the end, it's barely mentioned, making its existence feel redundant.
- **Transmigration Explanation**: The reason for MC's transmigration is never clearly explained. ML supposedly forced her soul to transmigrate, but the method and the purpose are unclear. The novel hints that ML might have designed the "system," but this is never confirmed or explored.
- **ML's Background**: ML and MC first met in MC's original world when they were teenagers, both hospitalized. After his body died in her world, he woke up in his own world, having been in a coma for a year. The novel glosses over how he realized they lived in different dimensions, attributing it to his intelligence without providing details.
- **ML's Plan**: ML's resolve to gain financial power to meet MC again is mentioned, but there's no explanation of how he planned to use his wealth to bridge the dimensional gap. The novel provides no insight into his research or methods.
- **ogML's Fate**: ogML's role diminishes after he sees MC and ML together. His relationship with the original female lead (ogFL) is left unresolved, and their chemistry is nonexistent.
- **ogFL's Character**: ogFL is portrayed as weak and annoying, often crying and lacking depth. Her relationship with ogML feels contrived, given their lack of connection and ogML's treatment of MC.
- **Character Development**: The novel fails to develop secondary characters, focusing almost entirely on MC and ML.
**Ending and Additional Drama:**
- **ML's Proposal**: After proposing, the author introduces unnecessary drama with MC trying to run away from ML because his powerful businessman identity is revealed. Despite ML never harming her, MC fears he will kill her.
- **Marriage and Doubts**: After signing the marriage certificate, MC overhears ML's assistant revealing that ML has been in love with her for seven years. This leads to more drama as MC questions ML's true feelings and plans to run away again. They got married after only a month of dating.
- **Qiao Yu's Introduction**: A last-minute addition, Qiao Yu, an orphan and jewelry designer, is introduced as a potential love rival. ML denies any romantic involvement, explaining that he supported her financially because she reminded him of MC. This subplot feels forced and adds unnecessary tension.
- **Memory Recovery**: MC has a head injury from her past, which erased her memories of meeting ML in the hospital. During their reconciliation, MC conveniently recovers these memories in a dream sequence.
The ending is a poor attempt to tie up loose ends, creating more questions than answers. The sudden revelation of ML crossing worlds and the introduction of Qiao Yu feel out of place and lack proper foreshadowing.
**Controversial Content:**
- **MC's Actions**: The novel portrays MC as a rapist. For ML's birthday, she drugs his food with aphrodisiacs and arranges for ogML to see them having sex, without obtaining ML's verbal consent. The novel justifies this by suggesting ML was a willing participant and that MC did it for his benefit.
- **Gender Stereotypes**: The author repeatedly implies that women cannot commit sexual assault and that men can only be victims if they allow it. This is deeply problematic and offensive.
, while parts of the novel were enjoyable, the second half became increasingly frustrating due to poor character development, unnecessary drama, and controversial content. The MC, initially portrayed as strong and clever, devolves into an unlikable, uncommunicative, and unethical character. The ending leaves many questions unanswered and introduces new issues without resolution.
Tang Luo transmigrates into a book and finds herself dealing with a narcissistic fiancé and his annoying mistress. She quickly decides to leave them behind in search of a handsome guy to prove to her ex that she doesn't need him anymore. There’s a system involved, but it doesn’t significantly impact the plot. She meets Chu JunYan (the male lead) and initially mistakes him for his nephew, leading to a series of comedic misunderstandings for the first half of the story. Once Tang Luo starts developing feelings for JunYan and his true identity is revealed, things become smoother, though not without a small misunderstanding near the end, which is resolved quickly. Without giving away too much, this couple goes through a lot to find each other.
Just go read it. It only took me about half a day, and I definitely don’t regret it. While the plot isn’t the most unique, it has a nice twist at the end to keep you engaged. Personally, I didn’t notice any major plot holes at the conclusion, but I’m pretty lenient with that, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
