I Regressed and the Genre Changed

The storytelling attempt was mediocre at best. The author attempted to fuse the narratives of "Penolope Eckhart" and "The Villains Must Die" into one manga, but the execution fell flat. The portrayal of female characters was distorted, each with justifiable reasons for their past wrongdoings, which then led to an obsessive fixation on the main character, initially mistaking him as 'Kyle.' Unfortunately, Kyle is deceased, and his essence is now within the MC.

The MC himself is a cold-hearted individual capable of killing innocents to return to his own world, displaying immense selfishness.

Although unsure of the reason behind the positive ratings, I acknowledge that individual tastes vary. The story's foundation is flawed, revolving around regression and focusing on traumatic events and mistreatment of female characters in past lives. The main character (MC) feels guilty and initially wishes to escape, but instead, they actively engage in more conflicts throughout the chapters. It's not about magic, combat, or intelligence, as the MC's attempts at seeking revenge through cruelty aren't particularly effective. They create more drama rather than finding alternative solutions to achieve their goal.

In summary, this might not be an enjoyable read for those who dislike themes of trauma, abuse, and revenge-driven narratives based on dialogue.

I'm struggling to understand how the main character (MC), who was initially portrayed as utterly evil, can suddenly become a relatable and mistreated figure. The abrupt shift from his original storyline disrupts the immersion in the story for me. It feels like the author copied the premise of "The Main Heroines are Trying to Kill Me," but without putting in the effort to create a compelling narrative. The author glosses over crucial plot development, where the heroines learn the truth, solely to reach a climax that lacks depth and fails to impress. This rushed and poorly executed approach genuinely frustrates me.

The writing quality was abysmal,促使我不得不注册账号只为让这部小说的评分更接近其实际水准。作品中充斥着勉强拼凑的误会，这些不仅让读者感到不悦，而且缺乏逻辑连贯性，仿佛作者毫不在意地随意添加。主角在面对误解时，反应也显得冷漠，毫无触动。如果可以的话，我会给出低于1星的评价。糟糕的文笔实在难以忍受。
