Hope he wouldn't just get all those God-Tier skills from the start. Too OP makes those skills not precious and boring, because there won't be development for the skills. But, at least he's not Thomas, or Johnson, or Bick.

I think this is a copycat/webnovel stolen idea. I found a MTL novel: mtlnation (dot) com/novel/cracking-the-case-crazy-i-can-see-the-crime-scene/

Basically the same summary. The plot seems different; at least chapter 40 (the only chapter i checked) is different.

The story itself and the plot is interesting.
There is a lack of character development and there’s no point in putting in highiq tag if he’s gonna rely on the system for solving all cases.
I’m satisfied with the overall story but just the character himself I’m concern about.

"I Can Rewatch The Crime Scene" is a thought-provoking novel that invites readers to delve into the intricate world of memory, guilt, and the blurred lines between reality and fiction. The story likely revolves around a character who, perhaps a detective or an amateur sleuth, finds themselves revisiting a past crime, armed with the unique ability to relive the events as if they were watching a film. This extraordinary power not only challenges their perception of justice but also tests their moral compass and personal relationships.

The narrative may explore themes of obsession, the consequences of second-guessing, and the blurred boundaries between truth and constructed truths. As the protagonist grapples with the ethical implications of their gift, they might uncover hidden motives, face moral dilemmas, and confront their own demons from the past. The novel could be written in a introspective, psychological style, allowing readers to empathize with the character's struggle to reconcile their actions with the weight of their power.

Ultimately, "I Can Rewatch The Crime Scene" invites us to ponder the nature of memory, the role it plays in shaping our lives, and the impact of revisiting past traumas. It serves as a cautionary tale about the dangers of revisiting the past too closely and the importance of accepting the imperfect nature of human understanding. Through its compelling characters and intricate plot, the novel leaves readers pondering the complexities of the human condition and the lengths we go to seek answers and redemption.

I was expecting more character development before the protagonist’s easy win.   The main character had no police/law enforcement/ forensic training before transmigrating with a detective system golden finger.  In the first case, the golden finger replayed the whole murder before the protagonist put in any effort.  Then, his boss agreed to arrest the suspect with out a warrant or any direct evidence in hand (Cultureal Differences?).  I would have preferred if the system only told him that a murder occurred and then forced the protagonist to solve the rest himself.  Bottom line the protagonist’s golden finger made him look cool to other characters but did not cause any personal growth.
