Ch.26, Apparently this is a dropped novel being translated after the thought. At this moment, the writing is good, but EXTREMELY slow. This could pass as a soap opera with the amount of useless fluff, and I don’t think anyone reading this expected it. Think your getting into an actually seriously written action webnovel? Think again, it will never happen, mark my words. Go find an already written one and suck it up that you started it after it was finished and you will find none of the enjoyment that characterizes following webnovels. I really loved this novel in the beginning and tried to stick with it. Translation quality and speed are great. But I just can’t take it anymore with the ever expanding list of names of people and places. I was getting so confused and just had to drop this. So many freaking characters. Does real Chinese readers in fact actually know about most of these historical figures and time periods etc? I think my brain cells not sufficient to process this over stuffed info dump of a novel. -A decent, albeit cliche, premise. -A generic daily check in style system that always gives an item he'll need. I find myself thinking about what I would do on each room instead of what the dumb MC does. It's not that the MC is stupid, he is just slow and reckless. No thoughts, head empty, but not stupid. The story or novel is really dynamic, explosive and interesting. The novel progression and development is good as well. However, the characters background needs a little bit more to stability. There is a bit of a hiccup with the translation as well. I believe in time, you will improve immensely. First Thing I want to say don't judge a book by its cover I literally mean it. It is a good read. It's a progressive story the description of the world is great. This book needs a very careful read you can't even miss a line or you won't get the events right. Overall nice read. E0 0 Reply
