Hi, I'm new here so idk but here's my two cents..
The progress of the plotline is too slow. Honestly I come for the BL, but I can't even see who the pairing is, what will be their chemistry, when will they meet (if ML is not one of those characters you introduced already), how they appearance is like...
Well, I thought it would be Bai Chang, since I like bromance lol, but nah.. idk you'll make it that way, and everything is still so vague.
I keep going because I wanna see the BL in the setting you've created.. but so far I only get the setting... at slow paced, and no sight of romance ever happening.. I wonder where is the supposed romance in the BL category.
It lacks the giddiness, the events, and even Bai Cong himself is quite vague, yes he's not emotive and too mature for his age, but the way you narrate it make it even more so.
Nevertheless, I look forward to new chapter to see any developments in the BL area... Wanna see progress so bad.

A very enjoyable story to read a complete page turner and well planed plot and characters great novel to read and is overall a good story with relatable characters.

I love this novel because the MC isn't rash but rather calculative while gathering help from his family members. And the fact that he's rational and actually hardworking proves the point further. The plot id unique and interesting and there aren't plot holes yet, so the writing quality is good. The world design is coming about too, so the whole story's definitely coming together.

I cannot fully express how excited I am about this book.  Just 6 chapters in and I am fully hooked and desperately need more.  First of, the writing quality is great: it's clear, no grammar mistakes, and has a good style and use of language.  The same applies to every other criterion.  But what really stands out to me about this book is the character design.  First, I love that it is a bl novel.  There are truly not enough of them, and this one is shaping up to be one that can compete with the best bl or straight romance novels out there.  Of course, the magical/fantasy and action aspects of it seem as if they will be just as interesting.  My favorite part is the mc, he actually will possess ice powers instead of the stereotypical fire/lightning combo, and has a cold and aloof personality but clearly still cares about his close ones, making him op and super satisfying to read about.  I can't recommend this enough!
