When a strange book falls from the heavens, Kai, a resourceful scavenger scraping by in the ruins of a fractured world, finds himself thrust into a game of life and death. The book—the Forsaken Chronicle—grants him access to mysterious skills and quests, but at a price: he is marked as "Forsaken," a cursed status that pits him against a world governed by rigid rules and unseen forces.

As Kai navigates the layers of a reality that hides deadly secrets, he must fight shadowy creatures, uncover hidden truths, and confront the enigmatic powers that control the Script of the world.
