    I came to this book after reading dark desires, loved that book. this book was okay but I feel it lacked the fire we got in the 1st series. Honestly,  I am not happy with the last chapters. especially James suggesting they share. I feel you did paul dirty there. I would have had no problem with the

    Middle dragged out too long and was frustrating. Glad I powered through and finished but I was so close to just giving up and shelving this. Great story and well written. Could be condensed & not quite so dramatic and frustrating. More foreshadow & helpful hints to keep reader going would be good
