**Story (7)**
The story begins with the prince reading a book titled "100% Perfect Girl," and from there, it unfolds. This manhwa portrays the love between two individuals from different worlds and their efforts to maintain their love despite significant obstacles. It explores themes of love, freedom, revenge, betrayal, and obsession. In my opinion, the manhwa tends to drag on, as past issues repeatedly resurface.
**Art (10)**
The artwork is stunning, clean, and not overly cluttered, as is often the case in many manhwas. Each character has a distinct appearance with unique traits. The expressions are exceptional and convey emotions effectively. Both action and romantic scenes are clearly depicted and easy to follow.
**Characters (7)**
One flaw of this manhwa lies in its main characters. Their problems could often be resolved through communication, yet none of the protagonists seem to grasp this concept. The heroine is stubborn, hot-headed, and indecisive, while the prince is equally stubborn, single-minded, and quick to jump to conclusions. However, if you overlook these flaws, the characters do have redeeming qualities. The heroine is not a crybaby; she stands up for herself, which is relatively uncommon in shoujo stories, and she doesn't abandon her dreams. The supporting characters play crucial roles, with well-developed personalities that are easy to empathize with.
**Enjoyment and Overall (8)**
The early chapters up to the middle of the manhwa keep you on the edge of your seat, delivering thrilling moments and that fluttery feeling in your stomach. However, the story takes a slight downturn afterward, leaving you eager for it to conclude. I recommend this manhwa if you enjoy dramatic, romantic tales with some action. It's not a bad read and is certainly better than many other shoujo manga or manhwas available.

STORY: 7 - GOOD
It was good, I suppose. The plot was engaging. I particularly loved the innocent meeting they had at the beginning! ^_^ While I still don't believe in love at first sight, they certainly demonstrated that true love can flourish if people stop misunderstanding each other. Love at first sight essentially means falling for someone based on instinct without truly knowing them. Jarte must have some powerful instincts—I mean, Jay is his first and only love.
*cue the chills* I wonder if such unconditional love exists...
If it does... *shrugs*
ART: 6 - FAIR
I've never been a huge fan of manhwa art since I'm accustomed to the polished style of manga and haven't explored much manhwa artwork. The art in this manhwa initially unsettled me—those overly detailed lips were quite distracting. However, I eventually got used to it, and it no longer bothered me as much when I encountered those lips. Aside from that, the art is attractive and skillfully executed. The action scenes, the violent moments, and the wide range of emotions—love, embarrassment, despair, anger, fear, hope, hopelessness, etc.—that the characters experience are all portrayed exceptionally well.
The art significantly enhances the story since I fully grasped the message conveyed by each panel.
CHARACTER: 7 - GOOD
The characters are well-conceived. What I mean is that every character has a purpose within the narrative; none are wasted space, whether they're minor characters or extras. The character development is also solid. It's difficult to encapsulate in a few words since writing extensively wouldn't do justice to the depth the author invested in depicting the struggles and transformations the main characters underwent. So, trust me when I say that by the end of the manhwa, you likely won't harbor any negative feelings towards the characters. That's certainly how I felt. Even the antagonists—Ewan, Luigi, Kairen, and even Jarte himself—the animosity I initially felt towards them dissipated as I progressed through the manhwa until the epilogue.
ENJOYMENT: 6 - FAIR
Despite my "fair" enjoyment rating, I completed the manhwa. The reason? I needed to know how it would conclude. Would Jay and Jarte achieve a happy ending? Although I didn't derive much pleasure compared to the despair and frustration I felt with each challenge they faced, there were a few enjoyable aspects. For instance, Jarte's innocent blushing face in the early chapters and at chapter endings. Also, the one character I probably fangirled over was Lennox, lol. I thought Jay pairing with him wouldn't be so bad.
OVERALL: 7 - GOOD.
It was a satisfying read. That's all there is to it. If you're skeptical, trust your own taste and expectations, and give the manhwa a shot—read the first chapter at least.
You can't judge a manhwa's quality based on just a few chapters. You should evaluate it after finishing the entire work. That's what I've learned from past experiences, lol.
But I assure you, once you start with the first chapter of this manhwa, you'll be hooked till the very end. ;)

Story
Amazing! The start isn't exactly breathtaking, but things get really interesting when Jarte meets Jay. I won't spoil the manga by summarizing it, but the story keeps you on the edge of your seat, especially in the latest chapters (the series is not yet complete).
Art
Beautiful!!!
Characters
The characters aren't explored in great depth; the focus is mainly on Jarte and Jay.
Enjoyment
OMG, I LOVED IT! That's how much I enjoyed it... it made my heart skip a beat! It made me cry so much that my eyes were swollen the next morning... :(<
Overall
This is definitely recommended once again. If you read this and like it, I highly suggest checking out Wann's other work, "Can't Lose You" (series completed). It's awesome! This is my first review... :p I hope I did a good job. <3
100% Perfect Girl began like a fairy tale, but it took a drastic turn along the way. It left me pondering how love can sometimes mess us up so much that we don't even recognize ourselves anymore.
The story follows Jay, an ordinary girl living her everyday life. While running an errand one day, she meets Jarten, who is instantly captivated by her beauty and charm. Determined to know her better, he spends time with her and eventually proposes before flying back to his home country. It turns out Jarten is a Prince, setting the stage for a grand test of their love, proving that love knows no boundaries.
Was it perfect? Far from it. Like many manga, the heroine attracts attention from most guys, almost all of them. She's kind-hearted and changes people's lives, often for the better, but sometimes she becomes a calamity. Someone in the manga aptly describes her as "a cancer." The drama is intense, making the story feel far-fetched yet leaving readers eager to find out what happens next.
The plot includes assassination attempts, bodyguards, weapons dealers, professional shooters, mafia involvement, and high-class parties. Need I say more? The repetitive nature of the plot is a common trait in long manhwa.
It starts like a typical fairy tale where a prince falls for an ordinary girl feeling trapped in her mundane life. He loves her deeply, needing her presence. She saves him with a promise to stay by his side. However, this new world isn't greener; it's just bigger and more isolating.
Chaos surrounds them at every corner, and you witness their relationship evolve. Initially, it surprised me how dark the manga became, but it made me appreciate it more. Not all love is great, and it does have its shadows.
This isn't just a romance; it straddles the line between love and obsession, bordering on restraining orders. Yes, there was love, but it often masked itself as obsession. The love turned selfish, changing both of them while causing self-destruction in the one they loved merely by being present in their life. That's how you know. This is exactly what happened to them.
It portrays love at its worst—destructive.
You'll encounter characters you'll adore and others you'll despise. Some you'll love to hate or hate to love. There are plenty of villains, which is expected when the protagonist is a wealthy Prince who seems to have everything.
Jay is kind and initially unaware of evil. Her character transformation takes the longest. As a person, you often hit rock bottom before rebuilding yourself, and that's what happened to her. I found myself liking her character as she became who she wanted to be, not who others thought she should be.
Jarten, the hero, made me feel like I was in a malfunctioning elevator. Sometimes I liked him, other times I wanted to throw things at him. He's flawed, borderline psychotic at times. He's the type who would rather see someone dead than with someone else.
There are best friends whose roles sometimes overshadow the protagonist. A devoted bodyguard whose story deepens your affection for a character, making him a favorite. Ruthless villains who are also deeply wounded, evoking sympathy in a dark, twisted way.
The art is beautiful. I had to adjust to some character features, but eventually, it became the manhwa's unique style that I enjoyed. The characters possess a surreal beauty. Kudos to Wann for creating attractive male characters without shirts—they may look similar, but a girl can still appreciate.
The writing is exceptional, with stunning imagery and metaphors. The ending might not be everyone's favorite. Initially, it wasn't mine, but upon a second read, I found it somewhat appealing. I still think it could have ended differently, but opinions vary.
Life, death, lies, obsession, coveting, selfishness, betrayal—this manga has it all, showing that even being a princess isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Regardless of what others might say, this is - THE BEST CREATION IN ALL OF LITERATURE about true and unconventional LOVE and Romance, encompassing all its hardships - doubts, passion, sadness, regret, lust, revenge, madness, hate, first love, and simply supporting each other after letting go of this sweet yet bitter thing called - perfect never-ending love for one another, between a man and a woman!
Story ~ This is a story that could happen; it’s not clichéd. If we consider it as such, every shoujo story would be clichéd, why? The essence of shoujo is to witness real romantic stories filled with personalities, and the progression or regression of love, feeling alongside them and the situations they're in, seeing ourselves there or learning rights and wrongs from the story.
This manhwa has an exceptional story point, it evokes strong emotions, features an unusual meeting, and a love at first sight where one side accepts it immediately while the other does not. It develops in an unconventional way, making you realize how much people actually *complicate simple things* like love.
Characters ~ There are really diverse personalities here.
I appreciate the normal main girl with her strong mind, aspirations, and goals, but also her fragile and sensitive demeanor along with her positive traits. No matter how strong a girl may seem, she needs support and someone who will keep her grounded so she doesn’t get lost in life. We also encounter other types of female personalities here.
The male characters are well-developed. So STOP COMPLAINING about the man's image here; it fits perfectly within the story, showing exactly the opposite - not that men are bad, but that they are good yet get lost in love or due to a bad past or lack of a woman's presence. BETTER LEARN SOMETHING men and women!
I like the main guy - the perfect man who locks himself away because of love due to his past and finds love and his perfect match without having a choice to accept it or decline, diving deep into the potion of first love. I admire how he expresses his feelings and how he truly loves the girl who is 100% perfect for him with all her flaws and strengths - and that he doesn’t give up on her.
The only thing that initially bothered me was their excessive pride, unspoken feelings, and stubbornness, which led to misunderstandings and negative outcomes. Both LOVE each other - the man too much so that he loses control since the woman doesn’t understand him, and the woman, with her pride, denies her feelings and refuses to see or allow herself to be with the man who is obviously head over heels for her, thinking about trivial matters and just complicating life further.
BUT ISN'T THAT WHAT WE ALL DO? We mostly never listen to others, our pride constantly makes things harder for us and others, we never easily believe, never give others the chance to express themselves, or never allow ourselves to express everything on our minds to those we care about or love until something happens that leads to a situation of give or take. Constantly, we COMPLICATE LIFE with meaningless things.
Life and Love should be the easiest and most beautiful, but why don’t people realize that? Does it need to get complicated just to achieve what you wanted?
Just take some lessons from this and learn. :) Nothing perfect exists, but we can make an effort to lead it to at least look perfect, be it love, work, or anything else.
Art ~ Amazing! For a manhwa, it's incredible, and I adore all of WANN's art, but this one gave me genuinely great emotions, especially the man's body, and the eyes of both females and males are beautifully drawn, along with various body positions and facial expressions depicted wonderfully.
In summary:
10 out of 10!! An amazing manhwa!! And no matter how many times I read this, I can never get tired and stop crying over this beautiful story... :)
I highly recommend this to everyone, and don’t rush through it! Give every sentence, every character, and every situation meaning and learn from its good and bad points. This is indeed a beautiful romance story~
This scenario may evoke memories of "Twilight," albeit sans its fantastical and supernatural elements. Jay is depicted as plain-looking—though only in comparison to the protagonist's sister. In truth, she is stunning and captivating, far from ordinary, especially given that two other men fall for her. Much of the plot hinges on the conflicts among the three men in her life. The disputes, or rather the confrontations, strain credibility further, seeming contrived and artificial.
When the storyline shifts away from conflict, it delves into how the men exploit Jay while simultaneously safeguarding her from other suitors. Again, parallels to "Twilight" emerge: love triangles—here quadrangles—overprotective males verging on abusive, and a female character unable to fend for herself, perpetually complaining about her incapacity.
Yet, the issues don't conclude there. Initially, the protagonist is tearfully distraught because her parents oppose her attending art school—a sentiment I can empathize with, though it feels overly dramatized. What baffles me is how her school denies her participation in a major art competition, favoring another student who is wealthy and enrolled in an actual art academy. This decision overlooks the fact that Jay, their top art student, would better represent the institution.
Another stretch involves a system purportedly capable of identifying individuals through earlobes with absolute accuracy. Most would question such infallibility, yet here it raises no eyebrows. A drawback of earlobe identification over fingerprinting lies in the malleability of ears, which can be reshaped. Moreover, at the time of this story's creation, the precision of ear identification was not fully understood.
Additionally, Jay eventually abandons painting due to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), which causes her hand to tremble excessively, preventing her from executing the fine details she was renowned for. It's worth noting that she's a prodigy in art. However, PTSD doesn't lead to the loss of fine motor skills. While it's plausible she lost interest in creating art, her desire to continue suggests that art could have been therapeutic for managing her PTSD.
Ultimately, "100% Perfect Girl" reads as blatant wish fulfillment, likely of the unhealthy variety. Despite its visually appealing artwork, the storytelling falters due to unnecessary exaggeration and factual inaccuracies. What troubled me most was the creator's attempt to leverage another writer's work, a piece that, despite its brevity, surpasses this one in quality.
