What stands out is the deviation from typical tropes - the MC usually protects the innocent ML, but here, she's the wealthy stepmother showering gifts on her new stepson, while the ML has a child. The roles are reversed, and MC falls in love first. My only gripe is the cover art and the depiction of the main couple; I've moved past the allure of white-haired characters, and the stereotypical pretty blonde MC doesn't particularly appeal to me. Fortunately, the narrative doesn't dwell on their physical appearances much.
The male lead (ML) isn't her ex-husband, as established in Chapter 1. Following their split, the ex-husband seeks reconciliation, leaving the FL with no choice but to look for a suitable business partner, such as Duke Roberto. In fact, there's still potential for this novel if the chapters accumulate. I might come back later to satisfy my curiosity when more content is available.
