Some dialogues from the villainous Student Council President seem enjoyable, though that could just be due to the scanlation! There are occasional moments of laugh-out-loud humor, including some pool scenes and interactions between Tsukasa and her guidance counselor. Not enough attention is given to classroom activities, considering three of the four main characters attend the same class. Additionally, if you're reading this expecting spectacular swim scenes, don't get your hopes up. Most pool activity revolves around make-out sessions for our adorable couple. Though, I won't complain about that!
I believe if more background information and story arcs were developed for each character, this could have been a great manga. As it stands, it's a delightful read for shoujo fans set in an exciting and moderately unique setting.
EDIT: After finally finishing the series (Thank you, scanlators!), I must say, this story features one of the least annoying male leads in all of Kanan's longer works. He never bullies or sexually harasses his girlfriend, and I'm surprised by the level of smut achieved without those actions in Kanan-sama's universe!
Now that all three volumes are complete, you'll enjoy the short and concise story arcs, some of which have their dramatic and touching moments. The art evolves throughout the story, and Aoi manages to evoke contented sighs in most chapters. It's not wise to expect more from this title, so if you're seeking doki doki smut and a charming hero, you've come to the right story. Otherwise, you'd be better off exploring other works by Minami Kanan.
Also, the side story at the end of volume 3, "Noa's Reason," offers a glimpse into her world and humanizes the antagonist a bit. It's somewhat simplistic but still a good read.
One aspect I didn't care for was the art style. I found the author's "way of drawing" a bit odd and somewhat "dark," which made the pages slightly dull to go through.
That said, I enjoyed Kyousou Heaven overall, and I think you might too.
<p>
But my point was that, it is not a Masterpiece of the highest order, like SS and LoM are, but it's still a nice story
Most obvious one, MC doesn't one is on himself enough. He actually let's other people get equipment he can use. He really needed to be more selfish imo.
Yan Er was extremely annoying an hateable, I really do think the story would have been better of without her.
Ending was extremely rushed, but the story was repetitive, so I can't say much to the author deciding to end it early.
The game stats are fucked to hell. You want me to believe the MC is killing a mutli hundred billion hp boss, when his weapon has a like 400k atk on it and 3.8 second attack speed? Also, one small thing on the author's math, how does 200k + 200% = 2 million?? I'm so confused, I understand he has a whole bunch of buffs on him, and strength, but it's stated some buffs don't multiply together, so the author's math is just ridiculous.
