1st people need to stop correcting British English spellings. lol The only issue I had with this book is that it was a bit of whiplash on some plot points. I greatly enjoyed the story. I could definitely tell this was written and posted chapter by chapter versus being written as a whole and post
The novel has potential. It's nicely paced and even though there are some grammar problems, it doesn't pose much reading difficulty to me and I easily grasped what's going on. Folks, give it a try. It's a hidden gem.
This is another slow and weak at the start progression type story. The MC gains 'entries' that have some sort of effect on his abilities. One could almost call them equivalent to gaming titles. He starts out having great difficulty going the normal/orthodox route of cultivating qi and goes the alternative route to cultivate the body. The idea is that as long as he makes his body better he will likely finally be able to improve his talents in the more orthodox route of qi cultivation.Personally, I think this story has a great deal of potential. The sect and the world background does not seem to be quite the dog eat dog world type situation. It seems to have rules and laws that members must follow. I will hold on for the next 20 chapters to see if I can really like the story.
So many things done wrong that it's not even funny.9 Chapters were all I could handle of this "literary masterpiece".Generic antagonist whose sole purpose is to spout lines just to see what makes you cringe the hardest.Generic pretty independent love interest who needs to be saved by MC at every turn despite being hailed as a great prodigy.Generic Mentally handicapped MC who does not understand the world he is or what an economy of product is, Sells top quality products for pennies while complaining about how broke he is, Gets walked over by just about everyone in the novel, becomes a simp when interacting with a girls. The idea of the book was quite interesting unfortunately execution leaves much to be desired.
It's actually funny to see that complete trash has better ratings than this average story. Let's try to give real reviews? No. Let's cry about certain tag or petition shit. Ok. Let's start with review. This story is actually average story about transmigration. This time, MC can come back to his previous world in any moment. It's not masterpiece or something but if you don't have anything to read. Story is fine. There are some unique parts about this novel. It gives off feel typical Japanese light novel though. I am not really sure if its source of webcomics. I will check later. Translation quality(5/5 - I read fast so, I might automatically skip minor mistakes.) Stability of updates(5/5 - This part is pointless for trial read.)Story development(Solid 3/5 - It isn't brilliant or something.)Character design/development(2/5 - Some characters are 1 dimensional)World background(2/5 - Author put some thoughts into those cities. It's still more work than 90% of modern novels in trial read. Copy, Paste, Done.) At least try first 19 chapters or so, don't be retard and rate 1 without reading.
The main character is the young (teenage?) Celestial Emperor, who escapes from home to explore the lower realms. Having never left home before because of his helicopter parents, he has no idea what life is like for mere mortals. He's OP, having mastered every skill as part of his training for being Celestial Emperor, and has reached what seems to be the peak level of cultivation. The plot of the novel so far is that he comes to the mortal realms and starts trying to travel incognito, but inadvertently shows his OPness, causing shock and awe and slapped faces everywhere he goes.Overall I like the idea of the novel, but the author's insistence on stretching every face slapping event over several chapters killed my enjoyment of the story at round chapter 83. It's really not worth your time to read this until it has been completed, then you can skim the chapters to get the gist without being molested with filler after filler.
