Decent novel, but it just feels emotionless. Like it's got the op mc, decent use of his cheat, etc, but he's emotionless and his surroundings are emotionless. It just seems like there's no point to him powering up. Dropped on ch86

Great book just reviewing it again, I love the story. So far likrable character, fun idea for a system definitely a must read! I all can say is not enough chaps

5 stars because I am looking forward for to this book...from what I have read this book a little bit different from the rest of clichés out there...

Finn felt a knife cutting his heart. He knew that Rey had no family and she was still waiting for them to return, so she had been abandoned and he understood that was her most horrible nightmare... to be abandon for those she trusted. He hated himself for letting her feel that way and promised never to abandon her again

    By now i memorized the way to Lola's  ''secret spot'', she brings me here almost everyday. I can tell she feels safe there, like she can hide and not worry about anyone finding her. I feel that too.
