    This is an excellent book, with involved story, developed characters and depth far beyond just the surface. I reread the “5time rejected gamma” before reading and the stories flowed together beautifully. I am ecstatic that this is not the end of the adventure! I cannot wait for book 3.

    When he started nearing it , the two tentacles swiped toward him, Alter dodged , however, what met him next was a claw attack , he quickly generated a thin crimson cover and tried to dodge , in the end, the claw attack  penetrated the cover and grazed his left hand
