the book is good and well written but the ending destroyed it all for me. Erica said she wanted to be like her mother but there was no need to take revenge from samrat but giving him a chance . I am sorry the ending destroyed it all. Durga maa doesn't forgive people like samrat

Summary: Yoon Do-cheol somehow inhabits the role of an underground crime boss destined to die within the first 10 panels of a B-rated comic book that has a cult following. Despite never having read the comic, he learned a lot about it through his best friend, a crazed fan, and through his own sporadic research. Possessing his character two years before his predicted demise, Yoon Do-cheol does everything in his power to survive his encounter with the overpowered protagonist and safeguard his life.

Review: From my perspective, the main character (MC) is quite likable. He's an intelligent, morally ambiguous figure. The comic book world he finds himself in is eccentric. It’s Earth, but not quite Earth; Korea, but not quite Korea. This world includes people with superpowers and magic, yet these abilities are unknown to the general public. While the MC tries to prepare for these potential threats, his subordinates often view him as irrational or overly cautious.

I do appreciate some of the side characters. Kim Seojung, his ward, is spirited and resilient. Cheolsu, his head of security, is devoted and shares a strong bond with the MC.

The story itself revolves around a Holy War between the Unicorn Knight and its organization against the evil Bicorn, a demonic horse deity. The narrative is quirky, featuring elements like the MC being the CEO of Happy Burger, a cookie-wielding supervillain, and the underground world being controlled by the "Food Cartel." It's challenging to discern what aspects of this world are real and which are red herrings stemming from the MC's misunderstandings, making it difficult for me to fully immerse myself in the story. As a reader, I feel like I'm observing through a narrow lens rather than experiencing the broader world alongside the MC.

Early in the story, there hasn't been much character development for the protagonist, the "Unicorn Knight" (Kim Seon-a). Personally, I don’t find her appealing, as I generally dislike overly rigid, righteous characters who lack awareness of real-world complexities and believe the only solution is to eliminate all enemies without considering the broader consequences for the general population.

, the story isn't terrible, but it simply doesn't align with my preferences, so I’m dropping it.

Additionally, the translation is inconsistent. Names and spellings of villains change frequently, pronouns are used inconsistently, and it’s often unclear whether a statement is dialogue or an internal thought. If you can navigate these issues, more power to you.
