Amara - Lost in His Light, Found in His Shadow!
At eighteen, (Nyxara, a medical student) was drowning in the darkness of her own life—abandoned, lost, and without purpose. But then she saw (Riven, a soldier), a man who shone like the morning sun, radiating strength and kindness. He was never hers to have, never someone she could reach. Yet, just by watching him from afar, she found the will to rise, to grow, and to carve her own path in the world.
But fate had never been kind to her. He fell in love with another. And instead of despair, she smiled, accepting the destiny that was never meant to be hers. She moved on, carrying only the quiet gratitude for the light he had unknowingly given her.
Years passed. She became someone strong. But when she crossed paths with him once more, he was no longer the man she had admired. The warmth in his eyes had turned to ice. The man who once inspired her to live had now become hollow, burdened by the weight of hatred and loss. His lover had been murdered, and the world he once saw with hope was now drenched in blood and vengeance.
Now, the roles had reversed.
He was lost in his darkness.
And she was the only one who could bring him back to the light.
But can a heart that was never meant to love him heal the wounds of a heart that had lost everything? Or will she, too, be consumed by the shadows he now calls home?

Another One ☝️If the novel has a concept of country based on real countries and is written by Chinese author, it will undoubtedly have nationalistic ideals and slight if not full racism in it. Not to say that other countries don’t do this, but it’s an actual requirement in CCP. I get it, the story won’t be publish in China otherwise, but there are those novels out there that literally do one chapter, just to fill the quota, a random event if you will, but this one is not a random event.0 0 Reply

So far in my opinion, chapter 1-20 is pretty much garbage, while at the same time it is not the ultra wish-fulfillment side of the usual Chinese novels, it is the wish-fulfillment side of the be good and do good faction. In other words a whole 180-degree turn from the worst. The author deliberately mentions things he tries to avoid and things he would like to do and the result? Just get dragged around by some random people he despises. No logic in there and simply be there in order to look good and for the plot to advance. Worst thing is that the author goes out of his way to make the protagonist say one thing to the audience while at the same time EXACTLY advancing and forcing the plot in a direction that is completely the opposite of the things that the protagonist should do according to its characterization. Chapter 20-30 is pretty okay, still cliche, and acceptable in my mind. It promises what it delivers, stops going out of its way to make the protagonist a useless piece of shit. Albeit not the best character, it doesn't follow the usual bullshit so far. Bullshit from Chapter 1-20: 4-5 times saying that one should not do that, it is dangerous and the protagonist knows that this is dumb stuff. Proceeds to do that exact thing. Chapter 30 onwards: Pretty decent. Still a little bit of cliche but with better character introduction, a general storyline that makes sense and actually makes me think this might be worth reading. Heck, the Chapter 30 onwards make it seem like the first 20 were deliberately written so badly so that people avoid this book. Advice: Skip the first 20 Chapters, it is a lot as this book only has 60 chapters so far but the first arcs are absolute garbage. It becomes almost a whole different book past these chapters.0 0 Reply

This story is going to **** I swear to god if krune was a human and knew all the customs and **** i gurantee he’d be one of those overly nice stuttering mc’s and its annoying like what the f*ck this kid gets his divine soul and it has sentience but then it completely disobeys him but then he finally gets rid of it and he doesn’t like it like grow the **** up and man up like jesus christ thats your own soul but your just gonna allow it to run rampant when you don’t even have access to your full power because its basically a child and when you go through the natural process of breaking through it wanted to kill you and you just let it be like what the **** is wrong with this imbecilic author this is one of those times where i wish i could just kick the mc’s ass because hes pissing me off so much like FUCK THIS SHIT0 0 Reply
