Also from the world literature stage, Vladimir Nabokov's The Enchanter (17,575) can give students a feel for the author whose best known -- and most controversial -- book is Lolita. In fact, The Enchanter, written in 1939, is considered by some an early draft of his 1955 Lolita; however, Nabokov felt that the piece stood on its own and represented some of his best writing in Russian (he wrote Lolita in English). Dmitri, Nabokov's son, has translated The Enchanter into English. Like Lolita, only the subject matter of The Enchanter is racy; the text itself is quite tame.

Pls. forgive me as this is my very first time reading a novel like this. But what is it about not being able to run away from a family? can someone enlighten me, please.Anyway, I never knew I liked the OP trope but this is seriously awesome. I am concermed though when the conflict (problems) will finally hit because it will happen along the way. I hope my fragile heart can go through reading once it comes.

Overall I actually really like revenge novels they are intriguing 🤔 I think I'm really going to like this one so I'll keep reading it is very interesting and I hope the author continues to update us as soon as possible

After reading for 10+ chapter, I simply lost interest. The MC is so stupid and cowardly and the first heroine (maybe?), Aleshia is simply dislikeble. It doesn't matter if her sister is sick and in need of money, she will kill anyone for money. The best I could feel toward her is dislike, no way I felt sympathy for her, just like she doesn't care about her victim. I tried to read the summary for chapters 1-37, but still not found any interest.
