A Night With The Ruthless Billionaire

This is literally the funniest novel I've read.If only it was..much much much longer..Also the world building is...eh. there's no world building but it's still good :D

I read raw of this novel till chap 200.. The novel is great but the mc's character/attitude is a bit naive its makes me fell irritated for some reason.. Mc's Character design is like most japanese anime mc.. Childish/naive

Sigh... I don't usually post reviews, but the disappointment here was so great that I needed to do it this time.First, I must say that this novel really has a different concept, but it is exceptionally poorly developed. In the first six chapters, you will notice how repetitive the writing of the text is, which gets irritating very quickly.But that's not by far the worst problem. Worst of all are the ways the characters act, think. It just doesn't make any sense. In fact, here I had the opportunity to read the most absurd things I've ever seen!For example, the elders of the MC's family acts in a highly childish, naive, and stupid way.An elder simply decides that taking the greatest genius in the family for a casual trip is considered OK when that genius has only a few days since birth. The family ancestor, someone who should be experienced enough to be careful, simply tells the truth about his family's genius to a bunch of strangers.I mean, seriously? Such a thing should be the family's biggest secret. They should protect it even from the family members themselves to prevent leaks.However, they act as if there are no attempts to assassinate geniuses in this world, as if it were a peaceful place where a genius can peacefully grow...And obviously, this world is not like that, as no author would miss the opportunity to write dozens of chapters on assassination attempts, revenge, etc.And if you're not convinced, there's still a character who simply falls in love with a newborn... Again, really? Is this really something that makes any sense to anyone?Anyway, that's what I saw in this novel, and I'm sincerely disappointed. I thought this would be a good read, but I will have to stop there, as I can't enjoy reading a text with these problems.But if you think these things are acceptable, or you can turn your brain off while reading, then maybe this is your cup of tea...

This story started great. So great in fact, that I moved on to the raws in the hopes of reading ahead and then...I dropped it.  Why might you ask? Well... extreme nonsensical racism....spoilers to follow.....[spoiler]In the story the MC considers white Caucasians extremely inferior and even labels them as disgusting eggs ("white skin yellow hair"). He goes on to proclaim the absolute supremacy of Chinese traditions and history as well as insult and denigrate others including the  biblical and  Greek beliefs/mythology. Even Buddhism gets insulted and labeled inferior. He associates white people with Nazi symbols and Aryan beliefs while clearly painting a rather clear point of how the Chinese are superior. Not only that, but by chapter 150 he has already become strong enough to kill a "lame" and "loser" titan...[/spoiler]The arrogance of this MC and writer got beyond my tolerance and thus I decided there are many other series worth my time. The fact that the same ridiculous and fundamentally flawed mythical nonsense gets explained multiple times does not help either...

I'm slightly annoyed about the Wuxiaworld people complaining here. I don't know much about either site but I'd just like to put it out there that this novel came from the Chinese Qidian site first, and the the Wuxiaworld people took it and translated it (and who knows whether they got permission). So I think that Qidian international have a partial right to take it from wuxiaworld and post it here, because the work originally came from them, although perhaps they should credit the original translator.

This honwstly sounds like it would  E a good novel to read. Im just wondering when we still start to see chapters and how manY a day we will see?

It’s a little too earlier to say very much. I don’t write Sci-Fi so it’s hard for me to understand the finer points but I think maybe a few more details can help. I did not expect humans to be wiped out like that, but that’s the direction the author is going, so it’s different then what I imagined. If you are a sci-fi reader you may want to give it a read. I’d like to see what the author plans to do now.

It's interesting, to say the least, with interesting ideas and concepts.
