On the 10th anniversary of her guild's founding, Serys Larkwell stuns her friends and co-founders by announcing her retirement as vice captain. Known far and wide as an extraordinary healer, Serys now sets her sights on a new challenge: opening a bakery in the quaint town of Eldoria. As her guild grapples with the shock, Serys plunges into the world of flour, yeast, and confections.

Will her skills and resilience as a healer translate into the delicate art of baking? Can she rise to the occasion, or will the siren call of adventure lure her back to the front lines of perilous quests?

Join Serys on her day-to-day journey as a beginner baker. Watch her navigate the trials of perfecting pastries, forging bonds with the townsfolk, and discovering new forms of magic in the kitchen. As she crafts delectable treats, Serys faces the ultimate test: finding the joy and fulfillment in the simple, yet profound, art of baking.

People say this is a rehash of the first book but I disagree there are similarities but only down to it being set in the same world with the same mechanics and rules but the similarities end there. My only complaint would be, and I'm unsure if this is just the translation, sometimes very specific metaphors are reused and it's jarring, for example "like a clay ox running against waves" or "shedding his mortal flesh and bones" they're only repeated a couple of times but when you see it the second or third time you notice it, and so it takes you out of the trance like state that reading creates, other than that, this book and the whole series are a worthwhile read!

After reading 186 chapters I think it's time to update my review, this novel has met my expectations, the cultivation part was well balanced, which is what interests me the most after the Seggs scenes, personally I think the harem theme is quite rushed and it may seem like it's like catching pokemon, but it hasn't felt to the point of being bad, I think it's been tried to soften it by having small interactions to create feelings between the mc and the fmcs, what I've felt is that Not all the women are given enough time to appear, one of them is Chi Miya, I think that would be the difficult part, but I would like all the FMCs to appear more often even if the plot is delayed a little and well, well I have nothing more to say than to say that it is a great novel, thank you for this story akkuzz.

Good beginning, but horrible end. Yes, this series is finished at 249 chapters and got a very rushed ending. Up to you whether to read or not.

I have read till chapter 47 and as a fellow author, I appreciate the efforts put down by this fellow author. When you read the story, you will learn that it was written. Yes. And when you imagine the scenes, you will learn that the author also imagined. Yes.  (~ ̄▽ ̄)~

Definitely a good trial read. The story development is slow and steady (which is definitely better than a rushed story). The MC was a typical rich playboy before his reincarnation, now he uses his experience to manipulate his WiFi Routers😉 sadly it seems to be dropped/on hiatus for over 10 months already
