Love is a beautiful emotion that should never bring shame, regardless of whom we fall for, even if they're of the same gender. This is how I feel about the person who taught me the true meaning of love. I am deeply in love with them, longing for their embrace, though the unfortunate fact is, they are already married. Meet Leslie Campbell, a young omega who is tied the knot with a beta. A passionate bookworm, he has risen to become an editor at a renowned publishing firm, where his dream job is working closely with Azrael Mitsuki Bethan, a talented Japanese-American writer whose stories paint the world in stark contrasts of light and dark. The challenge lies in the fact that Azrael holds a strong dislike for omegas, particularly male ones. Undeterred, Leslie is committed to being Azrael's editor. Yet, as their connection deepens into uncharted territory, forbidden feelings complicate their lives. Leslie now finds himself torn between his loyalty to his marriage and the undeniable bond he shares with his soulmate. Meanwhile, Azrael grapples with his conflicted heart and the battle within his conscience. This touching tale unfolds as the alpha, struggling with hate, encounters the omega who exists only to love, creating a heartwarming narrative of two souls entangled in a complex web of emotions.

0.2 off for the sometimes intense tsundere (and omitted chapters*), but the tsundere is still SO endearing even when its not my personal favorite. PLEASE let this continue on, its just so good. I personally had a slow start with falling in love with Lian since this kind of novel can really go any direction with the MC, but it just got so good! Just such a worthwhile and endearing character and then Al... Well.. just read it. You will not regret it!
*The occasional omitted chapters were irritating, especially considering they seem to always happen during 'character development' plot points. But it will be okay
