He spends many years there, until one day, a master in the order of assassins assigns Damien to work as a Royal Guard. The Royal Guards are an elite force charged with guarding the most important people in the empire. Amongst the Royal Guards, Damien will face demons, mages and things beyond his imagining.

Mature tag is for one really fantastic song in chapter seven. Totally worth reading the whole story for that one song.

    Dropped from ch 8. Cus author makes mc a beta. Spoiler: Mc regressed to the past after being killed by his girlfriend and cousin. Mc is supposed to be smart and etc but author has to make him dumb… chapter 7 and he already starts trusting a girl by letting her in his bunker that he built. Even tho author keeps on repeating from ch 1-6 that mc will NOT trust anyone.

    I read the first 38 chapters and gotta say, the author has my respect, not sure about the current chapters, but the quality is consistent and the upload schedule is immaculate, respect the grind. And better yet, the idea of the book is a unique one, good stuff
