The dialogues also got weird from book 2.
All in all novel has good potential but author ruined it with weird female interactions, boring power settings, lack of focus on mc, mc initial values or foreshadowing of it is completely disregarded, the novel took a turn that i do not find pleasing but some people might.
Or giga chad, overpowered?
Pros:
1. This really, Really, REALLY a good novel. It is easy to read and the plot isnt that complicated. Most of the time its all about the Slice of Life between the MC, his Elfin (Game Pets or Historical Pets aka like Hachiko), the Side Characters, and the Industry
2. A LOT of good drama side stories which will touch your heart! (I cried at some tbh)
3. A LOT of useful information about pets and events that are REALLY useful in IRL (Literally, I have pets so I can understand, can also help others decide which pet breed to have)
4. Comedy is TOP TIER! (If you have read Im Really A Super Star then its that level of Comedy)
5. MC is as shameless as those shamless OP characters in Wuxia or Xianxia! 🤣
6. No Chinese Supremacy or Racism so far
Cons:
1. Its a slice of life novel so its better to treat it as a casual read if your a fantasy weeb
2. You get bored if your not fan of modern genre, especially with 1800+ chapters
3. 65% of the plot are side stories
