Maybe it's just that I'm a bit nostalgic... but I remember reading this a few years ago and thought it was really good.As the MMORPG genre has been overused/beaten to the ground on the majority of them, this one breaths something akin of fresh air for me.As I stated, I am a bit bias as I just want to continue and finish it mostly for the nostalgia that it provides me.Story so far is decent no major threshold to speak of, the MC is likeable a bit gutless in day to day events has some mood/attitude changes when he goes "online".Characters are minor in the story as no major progression has been done to them, but in most novels you won't see much in the duration of 60 chapters.World so far is unknown for the most part as it leaves us with the basic knowledge you'd see in futuristic novels per se, the majority of the action is in the virtual world which likewise isn't really that well outline but hopefully if it's pick we'll have more info-dump on it.
i dont have a clear picture of the story yetbut i love authors sense of humor so.... five stars it isapart from that the story is alive, its hard to explain but i feel like it
Awesome action scenes, great dialogue. Absolutely hilarious story. I loved reading this, it is fast paced, and action packed. I enjoyed the author's use of humor, and was surprised by how detailed the scenes were.I full heartedly reccomend reading this if you like fantasy/action or dark humor. (For some reason my phone wanted to change humor to humour everytime I tried to type it up... 🙄 Just another reason no one should use spellcheck for the final edit 😣)
