In most iskekai’s people who get reincarnated in another world after dying retain their memories. The same stands for most regressor novels, they also retain their memories after regression. If this novel isn’t your cup of tea, then you wouldn’t like the MC’s from the following novels:
Vikir Van Baskerville from Revenge of the Iron-Blooded Sword Hound, Arthur Leywin’s from The Beginning After The End , Rudeus Greyrat from Mushoku Tensei, Lith Verhen from the Supreme Magus etc.
Read some chapters of the other novel, it was sh*t (at least compared to this) what about you did you like it ? . Hope in the rewrite version author doesn’t change our mc much.
