I was engrossed and unable to put down this book once started. Very good  story and the translations by EndlessFantasy and Nyoi-Bo was brilliant. One of the few books I truly enjoyed. You can see that the author did quite a research in medic before writing this book. Highly recommended.

Ive hear that the translations get bad ~400 chaps in, do the translations get better?
