Kayla, a bright and determined senior at a prestigious private high school in Florida, is laser-focused on achieving her goal of getting into Harvard. With dreams of becoming a successful veterinarian, she has meticulously planned every aspect of her life, leaving little room for a typical teenage experience. As she navigates her final two years, she's faced with a significant challenge when her stepbrother Dane, who she's known since they were young, moves in after a long separation from their parents. Dane, a polar opposite to Kayla, is a carefree, vain, and somewhat reckless individual. He thrives on partying, motorcycle rides, and rebelling against his father, harboring resentment for tearing apart their family. Despite their shared background, the two have never had a friendly relationship, simply being classmates without any real connection. This year, however, their paths intertwine in unexpected ways, bringing new dynamics to their household and challenging their preconceived notions of each other. As they approach adulthood, their once-strained relationship begins to evolve, potentially leading to uncharted territory.
