William Mendoza is an average teenager growing up in a Mexican-American family in Bozeman, Montana. His parents, immigrants from Mexico, work hard to provide a better life for their family. William’s life is comfortable but unremarkable, filled with typical teenage routines and dreams of something more exciting. However, William is not entirely ordinary. He has a unique secret: he possesses extensive knowledge about the Marvel universe—a universe he learned about from comic books and movies in his previous life. He knows about the Avengers, the mystical arts, and the legendary Kamar-Taj. Despite this, he has always kept this knowledge to himself, seeing it as just an interesting part of his imagination.
