I just so much love this novel to the extent that I always love to read it before getting off my bed every morning. pls try to increase your chapter updates. thumbs up to the author.
UP to chapter 25. The subject is a bit dry, but it's well written and easy to read. The plot is a bit quick with technology and slower with the social aspect but fitting with the main caracter and this kind of story. For now, it's pretty good. Try it..............................................................
I may have only read the trial chapter but I am enjoying the book so far and would like to read more of the book to see what happens next. Thanks for listening
One of my new favorite novels! The story is about a young man which is sucked into a new world in an accident - but all is not what it seems as there are players here and they've seemingly taken over bodies of the passengers from the accident - just wait and get mind blown as you progress further through the story till mc completes his first mission. The story has many well twists and turns and the entire plot is well thought out and planned. Stuff isnt mentioned needlessly or introduced without being used later on - also there aren't any magical moments or plot armors, where mc magically pulls something off due to good luck or due to an-extremely-convenient-item-that-wasn't-mentioned-before-that-just-happened-to-appear situation. So far the story has progressed at a good pace leaving not too much filler text or time jumping. Time jumping does happen, but it is to propel the plot line forward across stuff that is mundane and boring to read, e.g. grinding or everyday stuff. This is a feat that not many authors are good at balancing - whereas in GOR the story has prgorressed surprisingly well. The mc is thoughtful and clever, but a bit under powered. He utilises his skills in a intelligent manner. However, he is not the hyper-intelligent mc, which can predict the future and actions of other and is seemingly omniscient. He is clever in a sense that he know's when somethings is up and reacts to it in a rational way. That in itself is worth reading. The only downside to the mc is that I feel that he is leaning too much on his friends and borrowing strength from others, and not developing himself enough. This does seem to be slowly improving later on in the story as he finds a special sword. There is a good romantic sub plot which is compelling some of the mc's actions - but the entire romance "doing" is actually not that much. There are several female characters that are interested in mc, but as mc is only interested in main girl, it seems it will only be lackluster unrequited love. The side characters are all well portrayed and have very good development and each their own personalities, traits and habits which leads to interesting conversations and progression in the story. More commendable is also that these are not the box standard personality of tsunderes, air heads, etc. en masse, but characters that have their personality due to their well structured background history. Even more commendable is that the characters are ever changing due to the progression of the story - thus leading to an excellent and colorful character design. Now the world background, as this is the present world, not much needs to be said there. However the idea behind the story - that we are NPC's - leads to a thought-provoking and philosophical world and story which questions our very existence. This really well pulled off in this novel and is the main reason why this is such an enjoyable read. Translations are well done and the translator takes localisation into account ****** sure that not too much between the line are lost in translation. I can't comment on the updating stability, but I only hope that more releases are done soon and quickly as I can't get enough of this novel.Oh, a Fatty Wu has a small ***** because he doesn't update his novel regularly π (this novel does have a good sense of self irony and humor)Tldr, If you like stiff like inception and the matrix then you'll love this. Stick with it through the first 50 chapter and you'll be hooked!
