The tale of Millicent Walker begins in the quaint coastal town of Crimson. A silent, nameless孤儿, she arrived with no recollection of her past life. As an employee at the orphanage, she was assigned to cover her expenses by cleaning. However, her unusual appearance and behavior marked her as an outsider, often reducing her worth to the humble rags she wielded. Many in the community perceived her as an oddity, even a misfortune, assigning her less value than what she used to clean. A devastating blight struck Crimson, compelling the townsfolk to seek the dragon's aid. In their desperation, they demanded a "virgin of marriageable age" as a sacrificial offering. Being unloved and without support, Millicent, the outcast, became the unfortunate choice. Bound and left alone at the foot of the hill, she faced a horrifying fate – to be either dishonored or consumed. Little did the townspeople realize, their misguided decision would prove to be the greatest miscalculation they had ever made.
