In the year 2030, a baffling occurrence emerged: a phenomenon known as Red Cumulus unleashed a devastating acid rain, which birthed monstrous creatures from rivers, collectively referred to as Fluxters. This natural disaster pushed humanity to its limits, as these fierce beasts appeared across every continent. In response to this crisis, a formidable corporation named Sovereignty unveiled an ambitious plan - they constructed massive shelters called Dorms to shield people from the acidic downpour and assembled an elite force, Herrscher, dedicated to combating the Fluxter threat. Joining this epic battle are Cornelio Halozy and the valiant members of Squad 105. Together, they embark on a treacherous journey as Herrscher, with the mission to vanquish the Fluxters and restore peace to our world.
