MC is a poor dude who just wants to open a restaurant but gets thrown into every conceivable reality-ending plan in the multiverse.Gu Qing Shan is now a regressor! (A common cliche, but whatever)He came from the future where the Demon Order fucking murder death killed everything. So now he does his best, but shit just keeps happening. Poor man gets no breaks.At first he had to deal with the government, then with the literal apocalypse, then some otherworldly colonizers/destroyers/whatever, and now it's him juggling a dozen different situations, while trying to keep his head attached to its neck.If you think that was stressful, see the women around him...Su Xu-er, is a bit frustrating, she at first did not believe MC to have the strength to do something so she locked him in a room and went herself. Then author pulls something and says ooooo this girl is the heir to the xxx. Yipee.Anna is alright, alcoholic-fighter. Lin is alright too, I guess.Tianma girl is whatever.but the best is #teamimpartialgodessif you're a real reader of WAO you should support impartial goddess, impartially. No questions asked. Anyways, MC doesn't solve all situations with brute strength, he uses a shit ton of tricks and schemes too. It's been a while since i've seen a MC with more than 2 brain cells. I don't really want to spoil much, with the exception of constant conflict and little "slice of life" time, it's an exciting read.
Okay so, I read a lot and I mean like I have an entire room filled with books which I have read atleast thrice or four times. I am a bookworm and one that loves quality and creativity. I am also a part-time unproffesional author and what I have just read blew my mind. A lot of hooks that grab the readers attention, not very heavy eastern fantasy which allows everyone to bond to the story and the interesting aspect of the MC. Van, well he is not one of those shallow MCβs who are either very good or very bad. We can see Vanβs *****ness somethimes but somethimes we see his cunning and decisive actions. And these are not exaggerated, these are exactly what children are capable of. Introducing the eastern fantasy culture and aspect, the story is realistic in its own plot! I love it! I shall rain stones upon this glorious author and wish him good luck. I too hope to join the author community in the following months and I would definitelt like to talk with the Lord of Potatoes about character buildingβ
It has such a fast pace I can just wonder how the story will develope.It is only at the early chapters and so much has happened.The characters are somewhat simple and the background is unknown, but the story as a whole feels good.
Over all writing quality is good with very few grammar errors. Story development is pretty good. You can't really predict what will happen next so far and it is enjoyable to read. Character development is also really good they each have unique personalities and some even have different ones so to speak depending on various situations. Update stability was good it's been 3days since the last update so I don't know if he is taking a break or what. world background is pretty dam good so far all things considered for how few chapters there are and how he has not even fully explored the island yet!
Umm I really like the book but one thing I really want from this book, is MORE UPLOADS this book is so underrated π #freemyhomieauthor #underratedbook
