The Chapters are just getting the same plot over and over. FL suffers too much already and the story is starting to drag. Hopefully author's not doing this for.monetary. Please give us the story we deserve.

I thought Serenity will find out she is pregnant then go back to Jackson.  But the author is busy dragging things with making the poor suffer in the hands of the rich all the time. Clara also needs to be happy and be loved together with Yanny.

I really like the rhythm of the novel, it is good for a relaxing reading although I have a problem with this type of novel and that is that it got so much into the children's characters and especially if it is MC then I cry if they cry QwQ

Generally speaking this is a very good novel, but this author can't write action to save his life. The fight from chapter 68-70 is without a doubt one of the worst fights in a xianxia novel that I have ever read, terribly paced with no action or excitement, far too much monologing and no interesting turns. An all round awful fight scene, almost drop worthy.

Now I remember why I kept dropping it... it's the d*mn tone of the narration that keeps putting me off. Instead of an interesting first pov, it sounded more of like it's unfolding as a matter-of-fact. Like yes this is what happened, take it, read it, gobble that sh*t up. BUT THEN, it was redeemed by the super interesting dialogues lol. The convos are 10/10 entertaining! I should've just swallowed my petty critique *ss and powered through the ending. Mom take notes.

I recommend this novel because of my intense longing for the events. I cannot wait and went looking for the Chinese source
