A bit weird to have both yaoi and Shonen Ai in the tags considering that they mean basically the same thing but slightly different. Shonen Ai is more romance focused and less about s*x, while yaoi is usually used for more intense stuff. Not much point in having both on the website if they aren’t separated.
Unrelated to this story, but if you want a single love interest then I recommend "Ending Maker" and if you want a story where mc doesn't act indecisive around his harem like most Japanese light novels then I suggest "Tyranny of Steel" or "My three beautiful wives are vampires".
What country is this set in? Or which is the author from, can't be UK or America due to some weird cultural stuff near start but does not seem to match China Korea or Japan either.
